Does anyone else feel totally ignored by Tribal Pages?

I informed Paypal of what they had done and they got back to me to tell me that TP had set up my account to automatic and therefore that was the reason they took the payment from me and that I would have to deal with it myself..
To this day they have not replied to my 11 emails I have now sent them.
So please check if your subscription is set to automatic and change it before they take your money too

Here's a comparison - MacKiev, who have taken over development & sales Of Family Tree Maker have a 24/7 Chat line. You can not only contact them, but you can chat with an "expert" in order to solve any problem you have - any time. Now, I know that would be very expensive, and perhaps TP couldn't afford that level of support but I'm sure that they could support more than they currently provide.
Example of both ends of the spectrum of support when you compare the two.

I have been with them for years and never had any trrouble.
This year before my membership was due I wrote to them to say I would not be renewing due to ill health..send another email..still no answer
When membership was due I got an email to click the link to renew which I did not do..Found out 2 days later they had automatically had taken my money and got in touch with Paypal to try get my money refunded and they could do nothing as it was an automatic payment !!.Have now sent them a total of 7 emails to have my money refunded and not once have they repllied..
Totally disgusted with them that they are ignoring all my mail..I will never recommend them to anyone like I have done in the past..
What is happening to this company? It states very clearly that they will NOT automatically take the money from your account.

Sad really that it was one of he best websites available but their lack of support is a disgrace to members who have been with them for years.

There is no option to do it from Tribalpages website - and no, they never responded to my urgent questions, either - or my requests to cancel. You helped me finally figure it out!
